    In this section, I will try to answer two questions:

bulletHow are we able to get air into and then out of our lungs?
bulletHow much air is enough air?

The how question is not as simple as it looks.  You see, the way we get air into our lungs is different from the way we get it out.  And in order to understand how much air is enough air, you will have to learn about how much air we can take in, how much we need to breathe normally, and how much we need to converse or blow up a balloon!  I have answered the two questions on separate webpages.
