Self-Imposed Stress
   So far we have considered sources of stress outside the individual!     

    Your assignment is to list 3 to5 things you do that create stress for yourself and then below that list, write how you can correct the problem for yourself.

   

     Start by reflecting on how you create "stress" in your life! I have no problem finding the ways that I create stress in my life. i.e. I gamble and that is a stressor (win or lose!)

     
 
   

     Do this assignment in your word processor and use the spell-checker & then submit your work! Save as "rtf." and then attach the assignment!

All work must be submitted in the "FORM" I have provided. The form is now at Blackboard under assignments!
