Elaine and Bob's gel:
Lane 1=L, Lane 2=P, Lane 3=E, Lane 4:H. Lane 5 is the sample I gave you, which appears to be contaminated with another DNA, or actually just the wrong DNA. Do not use this is a size reference, use lane 4.
Rob and Jim's gel:
